When you use a form on this site we collect your name, your phone number, your email address if you choose to give it, the campus you are interested in, and what you write in the message field. When you apply or send us documents, we also receive the documents you attach, which may include a driver's license, a high school diploma, GED or transcripts, and a Certificate of Eligibility.
Why we collect it
We use this information to answer your enquiry, to process your application and enrollment, to confirm orientation seats and tours, and to keep the student records that state and federal rules require of a licensed school.
Who sees it
Your information reaches the academy's admissions and administrative staff at the campus you contact. Documents you upload through the apply and veterans forms are held in private storage and reach us through a link that expires after seven days. We do not sell your information.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, or ask us to remove an enquiry you sent through this site, by calling +1 470-906-0422. Student enrollment records are kept for as long as the school is required to keep them.
Cookies and third parties
